Plain terms for an information site, including how it is funded.
1. What BF Gateway is
BF Gateway provides general information about betting exchanges, bookmakers and sports-betting brokers. It is not a bookmaker, broker or exchange and it does not take bets or hold funds. By using the site you accept these terms.
2. Information only, not advice
Nothing on the site is betting, financial, legal or tax advice. Betting involves risk and most people lose money over time. You are responsible for checking that betting on exchanges and using a given operator is lawful where you live, and for reading the operator's own terms before you register.
3. Links, funding and disclosure
Some links on this site lead to provider websites through redirect pages. BF Gateway may be paid a commission by a provider when a visitor opens an account, or deposits, through those links. This does not change the price or terms you are offered. These links are the way the site is funded.
4. Order of providers
Where the site lists brokers in an order, the order is set by BF Gateway and can reflect its commercial arrangements. It is not a quality score or a ranking of which broker is best for you. The pages state each provider's limits so you can judge for yourself.
5. Accuracy
We work from operators' published terms and other public sources and we say when something could not be verified. Terms, fees, tools and country lists change without notice. Check the operator's current terms before you act. If you find an error, tell us at [email protected].
6. Eligibility and local law
You must be 18 or over, or of legal age where you live. Some operators do not accept customers from every country and some services are unlicensed in some countries. Nothing on this site invites you to use a service that is not lawful where you live.
7. Trademarks
Names and logos of operators belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. BF Gateway is not affiliated with Betfair, Flutter Entertainment or any operator named on the site.
8. Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, BF Gateway is not liable for losses arising from use of the site or from dealings with any operator it mentions.

We may change these terms. The version on this page is the current one.
